dc.description.abstractСвітова пандемія COVID-19 здійснила негативні наслідки на готельно-ресторанний бізнес в усьому світі. Зниження інтенсивності не лише міжнародного, але і внутрішнього туризму негативно вплинуло на готельний бізнес, а суворі карантинні обмеження у низці країн призвели до закриття або банкрутства десятки тисяч закладів громадського харчування. У країнах Європи саме цей аспект став чи не найразючішим виявом економічної кризи. Через ці обставини варто ретельно дослідити рівень впливу розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу на економіку країни. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has led to negative consequences for the hotel and restaurant business all over the world. Decrease in the intensity of not only international, but also domestic tourism adversely affected the hotel business, and strict quarantine restrictions in a number of countries led to the closure or bankruptcy of thousands restaurant establishments. In European countries, this aspect has become the most striking manifestation of the economic crisis.uk_UA
