Abstract
Досліджено сутність місцевих фінансів, їх функції та складові. Визначені основні напрями формування місцевих доходів і використання видатків, роль місцевих податків у формуванні доходів територіальної громади. Проведена оцінка механізму міжбюджетних відносин, визначена роль трансфертів для місцевого самоврядування.
Estimation essence local finances, of it functions and parts. Basic directions forming of local profits and exploit the expenses, role local rates in forming profits of territorial society are determine. The receive mechanism of intergovernmental relations, role transfers for municipal government are conduct and determine.
