Вивчено механізм золь-гель переходу у розчинах полісахаридів методом вимірювання електропровідності в широкому діапазоні температур в ізотермічному та неізотермічному режимах.
Studied the mechanism of the sol-gel transition in aqueous solutions of polysaccharides by measuring the electrical conductivity in a wide temperature range of isothermal and non-isothermal conditions.
