Abstract

Проаналізовано етапи розвитку міжнародного законодавства в сфері безпеки та гігієни праці. Визначено поняття культури безпеки. Розглянуто програмні документи Міжнародної організації праці, що визначають стратегію управління охороною праці. Запропоновано заходи щодо впровадження принципів культури безпеки у харчовій промисловості. The stages of development of international legislation in the field of occupational safety and health have been analyzed. The notion of culture of safety is defined. The program documents of the International Labor Organization, which determine the strategy for the management of labor protection, are considered. Proposed measures on the implementation of the principles of a culture of safety in the food industry.
