Analysis of labour market conceptions

Abstract

The complication and the variety of labour market as economic category have determined the approach diversity to its research and existence of many areas analysis of functioning such markets. Some scientists believe that the labour market is a mechanism that combines and brings together vendors of goods (employees) and customers of these goods (employers), other scientists believe that it is a mechanism of coordinating the employers’ interests with hired workers’ interests.
