Abstract

Розглянуто сутність сучасних ринків капіталу, обґрунтовано їх види і законодавчий процес створення, визначено роль у розвитку біржового ринку. Охарактеризовано основні складові ринків капіталу: фондового, грошового і деривативних фінансових інструментів, визначено схожі риси і відмінності між складовими ринків капіталу.
