Abstract

Набули подальшого розвитку теоретико-методологічні засади формування й функціонування ринкового обігу сільськогосподарських земель та наукові підходи до формування його інфраструктури; розроблено організаційну модель застави права оренди земельних ділянок та методологічні підходи щодо його переходу до третіх осіб, у разі неплатоспроможності позичальника; обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення механізму управління землями державної та комунальної власності в контексті посилення інституційної спроможності територіальних громадThe theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and functioning of the market circulation of agricultural land and scientific approaches to the formation of its infrastructure have gained further development; the organizational model of the pledge of the right to lease land plots and methodological approaches regarding its transfer to third parties in the event of the borrower's insolvency have been developed; proposals for improving the mechanism of state and communal land management in the context of strengthening the institutional capacity of territorial communities are substantiated
