Abstract
Рассмотрены современные научные разработки украинских ученых в области комплексной переработки зерна и мелассы в спирт и хлебопекарные дрожжи. Представлена информация о новых енергосберегающих и малоотходных технологиях. Considered the modern scientific development of Ukrainian scientists in the field of complex processing of grain and molasses into alcohol and baker's yeast. Presented the information on the new energy-saving and low waste technologies.
