Abstract

У статті обгрунтовано значення інноваційного потенціалу для забезпечення ефективності господарської діяльності підприємства, оскільки визначає можливості підприємства для розвитку інноваційних процесів і впровадження нових ідей, продуктів або технологій. Стаття обговорює основні компоненти інноваційного потенціалу, такі як людські ресурси, технічні, фінансовий потенціал, а також інноваційні технології. Зазначається, що ефективне управління інноваційним потенціалом сприяє появі нових ідей і розробці нових продуктів і послуг, що підвищує конкурентоспроможність підприємства. The article substantiates the importance of innovative potential for ensuring the efficiency of the enterprise's economic activity, since it determines the enterprise's capabilities for developing innovative processes and implementing new ideas, products or technologies. The article discusses the main components of innovative potential, such as human resources, technical, financial potential, as well as innovative technologies. It is noted that effective management of innovative potential contributes to the emergence of new ideas and the development of new products and services, which increases the competitiveness of the enterprise.
