Державний борг України та наслідки його зростання

Abstract

Державний борг - важлива ланка державних фінансів, що є сферою фінансової системи. Формування державного боргу є наслідком використання державою кредитних ресурсів. Залучення й використання позик для покриття дефіциту державного бюджету є причиною формування державного боргу, а невміння ефективно використовувати позикові фінансові ресурси - причиною його зростання. Public debt - an important element of public finances, which is the core of the financial system. Formation of public debt is a consequence of the use of state credit. Acquisition and use of loans to cover the budget deficit is a cause of national debt and the inability to effectively use the borrowed financial resources - the reason for its growth.
