Abstract

Global energy supply problems are shifting to the level of autonoms energy supply for food basinesses. In addition to environmental issues, thera are a number affactors that affect the competitiveness of food businesses. Unstable energy supply , fluctuaations inenergy prices associated with the use of traditional energy sources, impede the development of companies and corporation. Over the last 10 years, electricity prices for Bulgarian industrial enterprises have increased several times.
