Ресторанні критики Michelin працюють як справжні секретні агенти, інкогніто відвідуючи популярні ресторани, і оцінюючи їх за спеціальною шкалою. Враховуються такі критерії як рівень обслуговування, обстановка, атмосфера, комфорт ресторану та якість кухні. Michelin restaurant critics who are the real secret agent incognito visiting popular restaurants, and evaluating them for a special scale.
