Abstract

В монографії міститься детальний аналіз існуючих експериментальних даних щодо структурних властивостей вірусу імунодефіциту людини, системи інтерферону людини а також наведений аналіз гіпотез що описують молекулярно-біологічні механізми дії інтерферонів різних типів при ВІЛ-інфекції. Особливе місце приділене явищу апоптозу при ВІЛ-інфекції а також шляхам протидії ВІЛ захисним механізмам організму. Для вірусологів, молекулярних біологів, біохіміків, імунологів, лікарів усіх спеціальностей та студентів медичних та біологічних вищих навчальних закладів. This monograph contains a detailed analysis of up-to-date experimental results concerning both the structure of human immunodeficiency virus and human interferon system as well as analysis of hypotheses describing molecular-biological mechanisms of different types IFN action in the presence of HIV-infection. Special attention has been paid to apoptosis phenomenon developing during the HIV-infection and to HIV counteraction directed against organism defense mechanisms.
