Abstract

Пісковловлювач складається з півциліндричного корпусу, в якому встановлений вал з приводом, патрубками підводу суміші та відведення очищеної води, вивантажувального механізму важких домішок. Посередині півциліндричного корпусу виконане радіальне заглиблення, в якому знаходяться перфоровані лопатки для вивантаження осаду, які прикріплені до вала, а з боку підводу суміші в пісковловлювач та відведення очищеної води знаходяться стрічкові витки шнека, що прикріплені до вала. A sand trap consists of a semicylindrical body, in which a shaft with a drive and spouts for mixture inlet and for discharging purified water are disposed, of an unloading mechanism of heavy additives. In the middle of the semicylindrical body a radial hollow is made. In the latter perforated blades for unloading the sediment attached to the shaft are disposed, and on the side of the mixture inlet into the sand trap and discharging the purified water there are flat screw flights fixed to the shaft.
