Abstract
Приведены результаты промышленных исследований брожения мелассного сусла с рециркуляцией дрожжей. Установлено существенное сокращение продолжительности процесса и возможность уменьшения количества выращиваемых дрожжей.
The results of industrial research fermentation of molasses wort of recirculation of yeast. Found a significant reduction in the duration and the possibility of a process of reducing the number of cultivated yeast.
