Abstract

З позицій сучасного конституціоналізму, досягнень конституційного права України та зарубіжних країн розкривається зміст конституційних положень про внесення змін до Основного Закону держави, процес внесення таких змін, трансформація конституційного статусу вищих органів державної влади, перспективи розвитку конституційної моделі місцевого самоврядування. The content of constitutional clauses about the introduction of changes into the Common Law of the state and the process of introduction of such changes is revealed from the point of view of modern constitutionalism achievements of the constitutional law of Ukraine and foreign countries; the transformation of state authority supreme bodies constitutional status is studied along with the prospect of the constitutional model local self-government development.
