Abstract

Захист прав людини, складовою якого є питання захисту трудових прав жінок, це проблема глобального масштабу, для вирішення якої необхідний комплексний підхід, зокрема належне законодавче закріплення цих прав; забезпечення сприятливих умов для їх реалізації; створення ефективних способів захисту тощо. Саме жінки під час реалізації права на працю в силу репродуктивної функції, причин фізіологічного характеру, потребують особливого правового захисту не лише в межах держави, а й в межах світового співтовариства. Defence of human rights, the constituent of which is a question of defence of labour rights for women, it is a problem of global scale, for the decision of which complex approach is needed, in particular the proper legislative fixing of these rights; providing of favourable terms is for their realization; creation of effective methods of defence and others like that. Exactly women during realization of right to work by virtue of genesial function, reasons of physiology character, need the special legal defense not only within the limits of the state but also within the limits of world concord.
