Наведено результати наукових досліджень з проблеми застосування ультразвуку в технології спирту з метою інтенсифікації процессу термоферментативної обробки крохмалевмісної сировини.
It has been presented the results of scientific researches about the problem of usage of ultrasound in the alcogol technology. The researches and recommendations concerned the intensification of thermo and enzyme´s processing of raw materials are given.
