Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено удосконаленню організаційно-економічного механізму формування і функціонування фінансово-промислових груп. Визначено економічний зміст і особливості функціонування фінансово- промислових груп в ринковій економіці. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану розвитку фінансово-промислових груп в Україні. The dissertation is devoted to improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of formation and functioning of financial and industrial groups. The economic contents and features of functioning of financial and industrial groups in market economy were determined. The analysis of a modern condition of development of financial and industrial groups in Ukraine was carried out.
