Abstract
Авторами статті пропонується модифікована система комплексної оцінки якості згущених молочних консервів. Визначені коефіцієнти вагомості кожного показника якості та значення оцінки, використавши метод математичного моделювання.
The authors of the article proposed a modified system of complex estimation the quality of canned condensed milk. The coefficients of the importance of each indicator quality and the value of the evaluation were determined, using the method of mathematical modeling.
