Abstract
В статье представлено рассмотрение двухуровневого алгоритма выбора эффективных решений подсистемы верхнего уровня относительно эффективных решений подчиненных подсистем с учетом их агрегирования. In the article consideration of two-tier algorithm of choice of effective decisions of subsystem is presented top level relatively effective decisions of inferior subsystems taking into account their aggregating.
