Abstract
Удосконалено технологію сушіння картоплі, запропоновано способи її інтенсифікації. Отримана математична залежність для розрахунку процесу сушіння картоплі. Technology for drying potatoes was improved and the ways of its intensification were suggested. We also received a mathematical dependence for calculation the drying process of potato.
