Abstract
The expediency of using salts polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMG) as antyseptuyuchoho drug "Polidez" in the production of alcohol from starch raw materials. In a production environment studied its impact on the microbiological and biochemical processes, quality intermediates and alcohol and confirmed the efficiency of the drug "Polidez" kontaminuyuchoyi to inhibit the development of microflora.
