Abstract

Дослідження зольності продуктів лущення пшениці є важливою науковою проблемою, оскільки характеризує якісну сторону процесу лущення. Вирішення питання зольності потребує подальших досліджень і підтвердження отриманих залежностей, оскільки відповідних досліджень у закордонних джерелах не знайдено. Нашими дослідженнями встановлено, що Зольність мучки та ядра лінійно зменшуються зі збільшенням тривалості лущення. Представляє практичну цінність вплив зернистості абразивних кругів на зміну зольності ядра та мучки.The study of the ash content of wheat husking products is an important scientific problem, as it characterizes the qualitative side of the husking process. Solving the issue of ash content requires further research and confirmation of the obtained dependencies, since no relevant studies have been found in foreign sources. Our research has established that the ash content of meal and pith decreases linearly with increasing duration of husking. The effect of the grain size of the abrasive wheels on the change in the ash content of the core and meal is of practical importance.
