Готельно-ресторанна справа у сучасній глобальній економіці

Abstract

Аналізується роль готельно-ресторанного бізнесу України в економічному розвитку, його вплив на зайнятість, ВВП та туризм. Розглянуто внесок сектора у залучення інвестицій, інновації та модернізацію. Особливу увагу приділено викликам і кризам галузі та інноваційним відповідям на них. Запропоновано стратегії управління кризами для підвищення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності галузі.The article analyzes the role of Ukraine's hotel and restaurant business in economic development, its impact on employment, GDP, and tourism. The contribution of the sector to attracting investments, innovations, and modernization is considered. Special attention is paid to the challenges and crises of the industry and the innovative responses to them. Strategies for crisis management are proposed to enhance the resilience and competitiveness of the industry.
