Технологічні прийоми виділення зерна, охопленого фузаріозом

Abstract

В статті наведено характеристику грибів роду Fusarium, їх вплив на організм людини. Вказано норми вмісту фузаріозних зерен у зерновій масі, яка подається у переробку. Наведено результати досліджень сепарування зернової маси із вмістом фузаріозних зерен. Доведено, що найбільший вміст фузаріозних зерен міститься у дрібній фракції зерна, яку рекомендується вилучати із зернової маси, яка подається на переробку. This article describes characteristics of fungus (the genus of Fusarium) as well as their influence on the human organism. The norms of containing Fusarium grains in the grain mass that is submitted for processing are indicated. The research results of separation the grain mass with Fusarium grain inside is shown. It is determined that the highest content of Fusarium grain is contained in the fine faction of grain, which is recommended to remove from the grain mass that is submitted for processing.
