Abstract

Освіта, як галузь економіки, має свої особливості та величезне значення для розвитку економіки будь-якої країни. Аналіз сучасного стану національної системи освіти свідчить, що в Україні забезпечено правове регулювання питань функціонування системи освіти, всіх її рівнів і підсистем, діяльності навчальних закладів різних типів і форм власності, організації різних форм навчання.Education, as a branch of the economy, has its own characteristics and is of great importance for the development of the economy of any country. Analysis of the current state of the national education system shows that legal regulation of the functioning of the education system, all its levels and subsystems, the activities of educational institutions of various types and forms of ownership, and the organization of various forms of education is ensured in Ukraine.
