Abstract

Приведен анализ уровня рентабельности продукции в Консервной промышленности УССР за 1985-1988 г.г. в групповом ассортименте. В структуре выпускаемой продукции наибольшая доля приходится на фруктовые консервы» т.е. более половины всего объема производства. Такие группы консервов как мясные и томатные занимают всего около 10%. В основном это не рентабельные группы продукции. Кроме того, наблюдается увеличение обемов производства малорентабельной продукции овощной группы, что негативно влияет на общий уровень рентабельности отрасли. Важным в отрасли есть фактор влияния на уровень рентабельности структура сырья, а также цен на сырье и на готовую продукцию.
An analysis of the level of profitability of production in the canning industry of USSR during the 1985-1988 Gg in Group stock. In the structure of output was the biggest contributor to the canned fruit, i.e. more than half of total production. Groups such as canned meat and tomato occupy only about 10%. Basically it's not cost-effective product groups. In addition, there has been an increase in production-profit products obemov vegetable group, which has a negative effect on the overall level of profitability in the industry. The industry is an important factor influencing the profitability structure of raw materials, as well as the prices of raw materials and finished products.
