Abstract
Розроблено рецептури напівфабрикатів для збагачення харчових продуктів для військовослужбовців. Проведено органолептичну оцінку отриманих композицій та розраховано їх енергетичну цінність. Formulations of semi-finished products for food enrichment for servicemen have been developed. Organoleptic evaluation of the obtained compositions was performed and their energy value was calculated.
