Abstract
Методом термогравіметрії досліджено вплив порошків із моркви кріогенного та холодного розпилювального сушіння на форми зв’язку вологи у вершковому маслі. We studied the effect of the carrots powders of cryogenic and cold spray drying to form a moisture binding butter by method thermogravitation.
