Винахід відноситься до харчової, зокрема - м'ясопереробної промисловості, і дозволяє підвищити надійність роботи і технологічність ножа до пристою для подрібнення м'яса.

В основу винаходу поставлена задача вдосконалення ножа до пристрою для подрібнення м'яса, в якому завдяки зміні його конструкції забезпечується підвищення надійності ножа і поліпшення його технологічності. The invention relates to the food, in particular to the meat-processing industry, and provides for increase of reliability of operation and processing efficiency of the cutter of device for hashing of meat. The object of invention is the improvement of the cutter of device for meat shredding, in which due to design thereof increase of reliability of cutter and improvement of its manufacturability are ensured.
