Specification of training the specialists for healthy food industry under the blended learning conditions

Abstract

Для вирішення основних питань формування і розроблення в Україні індустрії здорового харчування підготовлені в університеті фахівці повинні мати ґрунтовні знання, оскільки саме в галузі оздоровчих продуктів проводяться найбільш інтенсивні наукові дослідження. Саме галузь оздоровчих продуктів зараз розвивається найбільш швидкими темпами, і на світовому ринку саме оздоровчі продукти мають найбільший попит. У роботі з'ясовано особливості підготовки таких фахівців, у тому числі пов'язаних з екстремальними умовами сьогодення, які вимагають нових гнучких підходів для узгодження навчального процесу із можливістю зовнішніх небезпек.To address the main issues of the formation and development of the healthy food industry in Ukraine, specialists trained at the university must have thorough knowledge, since it is in the field of health products that the most intensive scientific research is conducted. It is the health products industry that is currently developing at the fastest pace, and it is health products that are in the greatest demand on the world market. The paper clarifies the peculiarities of training such specialists, including those related to today's extreme conditions, which require new flexible approaches to coordinating the educational process with the possibility of external hazards.
