Abstract
Спосіб очищення сиропу включає, сульфітацію, введення в сироп адсорбенту, перемішування фільтрування. Як адсорбент використовується природний мінерал сорбент – палигорськіт у кількості 2,5…3% до маси сиропу з переміщуванням протягом 15…20хв. Method of purification of syrup includes sulphitation, insertion of adsorbent to syrup, mixing, filtration. Natural mineral sorbent palygorskite is used as adsorbent. The weight of palygorskite is 2,5…3% of the weight of syrup and the mixing takes place for 15-20 minutes.
