In recent years the number of competitive markets in Ukraine has increased, especially in the production of food. As a result, the level of profitability of business enterprises decreased. This situation forces companies to minimize costs at various stages of production and marketing. The most significant item of expenditure in the production costs are logistics costs, which in the food industry, according to experts, is estimated at the rate of 5-40%
