Systems for Authenticating Beekeeping Products as an Element of Sustainable Development and Digital Traceability

Abstract

The paper examines modern approaches to ensuring the authenticity, quality and safety of beekeeping products in the context of growing international trade requirements and traceability systems. Promising methods for confirming the origin and detecting product falsifications are analyzed, in particular NMR spectroscopy, infrared and near-infrared spectroscopy, etc. The feasibility of using digital traceability tools, in particular blockchain technologies, electronic quality passports and QR coding, to ensure the transparency of beekeeping product supply chains is substantiated. It is established that the implementation of modern analytical and digital solutions contributes to increasing consumer confidence, the competitiveness of products in international markets and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. У роботі розглянуто сучасні підходи до забезпечення автентичності, якості та безпечності продуктів бджільництва в умовах зростання вимог міжнародної торгівлі та систем простежуваності. Проаналізовано перспективні методи підтвердження походження та виявлення фальсифікацій продукції, зокрема ЯМР-спектроскопію, інфрачервону та ближню інфрачервону спектроскопію тощо. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання цифрових інструментів простежуваності, зокрема блокчейн-технологій, електронних паспортів якості та QR-кодування, для забезпечення прозорості ланцюгів постачання продукції бджільництва. Встановлено, що впровадження сучасних аналітичних і цифрових рішень сприяє підвищенню довіри споживачів, конкурентоспроможності продукції на міжнародних ринках та реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку.
