Документ Core ontology for describing production equipment according to intelligent production(2022) Vlasenko, Lidia; Lutska, Natalia; Zaets, Natalia; Korobiichuk, Igor; Hrybkov, SerhiiThis article presents the development of a core ontology for describing knowledge about the technological and technical parts of a production plant, in particular, theoretical knowledge for monitoring, diagnosing and forecasting of production equipment, taking into account the concept of Industry 4.0. This study is related to the definition of terms and their relationships for the processing industry in the core ontology. The core ontology is the basis for the development of domain and application ontologies, which create conditions for the system solution for the complex problems of operating industrial equipment. It consists of an ontological classification of core concepts according to the fundamental basic formal ontology. The essences of BFO were specified and revealed by methods of decomposition and generalization according to generally accepted structures of industrial enterprises. The proposed ontology contains 33 classes, 7 object properties and 34 individuals. The ontology is conceptually transparent and semantically clear, so it is suitable for theoretical knowledge transfer, sharing and retrieval. The ontology is implemented in the OWL language and validated. This article provides examples of requests for work with ontology, which prove the effectiveness of its use in industrial enterprises.Документ Development of a modified ant colony algorithm for order scheduling in food processing plants(2022) Korobiichuk, Igor; Hrybkov, Serhii; Seidykh, Olga; Ovcharuk, Vladimir; Ovcharuk, AndriiThis developed modified ant colony algorithm includes an additional improvement with local optimization methods, which reduces the time required to find a solution to the problem of optimization of combinatorial order sequence planning in a food enterprise. The planning problem requires consideration of a number of partial criteria, constraints, and an evaluation function to determine the effectiveness of the established version of the order fulfillment plan. The partial criteria used are: terms of storage of raw materials and finished products, possibilities of occurrence and processing of substandard products, terms of manufacturing orders, peculiarities of fulfillment of each individual order, peculiarities of use of technological equipment, expenses for storage and transportation of manufactured products to the end consumer, etc. The solution of such a problem is impossible using traditional methods. The proposed algorithm allows users to build and reconfigure plans, while reducing the time to find the optimum by almost 20% compared to other versions of algorithmsДокумент Features of Control Processes in Organizational-Technical (Technological) Systems of Continuous Type(2020) Korobiichuk, Igor; Ladanyuk, Anatoly; Boyko, Regina; Hrybkov, SerhiiTechnological complexes of various industries are characterized by certain modes of operation (techno-logical regulations), which correspond to the set of vari-ables of different nature, which have a high-dynamics of change and determine the main technical and economic performance of the object. The aim of the research is to identify information software approaches to support decision-making in organizational-technical (techno-logical) systems. Research results are obtained through grouping, generalization and comparison methods. The scientific significance of the results are to determine the objective need to use intelligent decision support subsys-tems to quickly manage complex organizational-tech-nical systems based on both: clear and formalized data and knowledge and high-quality fuzzy estimates.Документ Modern Development Technologies and Investigation of Food Production Technological Complex Automated Systems(2018-02) Korobiichuk, Igor; Ladanyuk, Anatoly; Vlasenko, Lidia; Zaets, NataliaNowadays, the application of modem technologies, the scenario-targeted approach namely, allows to provide the stable quality of product and energy saving in conditions of the objects changing parameters at the stage of control system development. These technologies also include the genetic algorithms and network structures. The following article presents the variants of modern technology applications at the stage of control system development of the separate departments of sugar factory, diary enterprises and breweryДокумент Synthesis of an Intelligent UAV Control System Based on Fuzzy Logic in External Disturbance Conditions(2020) Korobiichuk, Igor; Shevchuk, Dmytro; Prokhorenko, Iryna; Tymoshenko, Nataliia; Smityuh, Yaroslav; Boyko, ReginaTo ensure reliable execution of flight tasks in the presence of both external perturbations and internal parametric perturbations, deterioration of the characteristics of the sensors, a control system structure based on intelligent technologies is proposed. The process of forming a “knowledge base” of a fuzzy controller is considered. The results of mathematical modeling of the longitudinal UAV control channel with a PID-controller and a fuzzy controller in the control loop are presented.Документ Use of methods of tensor analysis in the evaporator plant operating system(2019) Korobiichuk, Igor; Sidletskyi, Victor; Ladanyuk, Anatoly; Elperin, Igor; Hrama, MykhailoThe issues of the relevance of conduction of research in the areas of analysis and synthesis of evaporator plant operating systems were disclosed; the need of taking into account the peculiarity and interconnection of mass and energy flows of the entire sugar refinery was put forward. This explains the need for new methods of integrating the operating system so that, on the one hand, the evaporator plant operating system is an integral part of the whole system of the sugar refinery management. But at the same time, it shall be flexible and shall not require significant changes in the correction of processes or updating of automation equipment. The article presents a method for using the mathematical apparatus of tensor analysis for determining the nature of the change of the signal of the discrepancy and the formation of the control signal.
