Investigation in the field of intensification of mass transfer processes in vacuum pans

On the basis of investigations in the field of hydrodynamics and heat exchange during boiling of massecuite in tubes a new hydrodynamic methods of intensified mass exchange while crystallisation by the way of blowing gas, steam or their mixture into boiling tubes of vacuum pans have been developed.
Investigation of intensification of mass transfer process in vacuum crystallizers

The methods of mass transfer intensification in vacuum crystallizers by vapour blowing into boiling tubas and also fey massecuite boiling in a small thickness gravity flow have been investigated. The results of testing of a vacuum apparatus with the device for vapour blowing-in during B- and C-maassecuites boiling are tabulated. The comparison of data on mass transfer velocity in conventional circulation vacuum apparatus and an apparatus with flat inclined heating areas is given. Досліджені методи інтенсифікації масопередачі у вакуумкристалізаторі, що досягаються вдуванням пари у кипятильні труби, а також рухом гравітаційно стікаючого киплячого утфеля в тонкому шарі.
