The increase of efficiency of saccharine production is related to intensification of processes of thermal mass-transfer during to boil thoroughly of massecuite. The results of theoretical and experimental research of workings processes are fixed in basis of hydrodynamic method of strengthening of circulation in vacuum pans of batch-type. The questions of the practical use of this method of intensification are considered.
