    A balanced and healthy diet as a method of combating stress

    A healthy diet is an important tool for combating stress. If our body does not eat a balanced diet, stress causes even more damage to our health. Nutrition and stress are interrelated. A recent study of eating habits in 195 countries showed that poor nutrition is the cause of 20% of premature deaths. It kills more than smoking. The study showed that the cause is a lack of fruits, cereals, nuts and seeds and an excess of salt.
