Control of the sugar factory diffuse station as a complex technological process
    (2013) Sidletskyi, Victor; Elperin, Igor
The article gives an example how to improve the existing automated management systems of the sugar factory diffusion station by supplementing it with decision support subsystem that helps the operator to properly assess the situation and take appropriate action. In this case new approaches were used to develop management systems, where on the basis of information, obtained from the automatic control system, the operator (the results of visual inspection of the equipment) and the data of raw materials and factory laboratory were formed recommendations on adjusting technological parameters to maintain quality indicators of diffusion process.

Using of analysis approaches for not measurable parameters at the level of distributed control for automated system of objects and food industrial complexes
    (2016) Sidletskyi, Victor; Elperin, Igor
Modern development of automation tools (hardware and software) lets to implement complex set of control algorithms. The efficiency of the system work as a whole depends on the efficient functioning of each subsystem on every level, this is why approach to the analysis and designing of the system not in terms of hierarchy, but as how a single mechanism in which every detail is important.

The automated operational control system for the food industry
    (2016) Sidletskyi, Victor
Process food industries represents all measures in which mass, energy and information are transported, transformed or stored. Control system for a process processing industry, in general represents, control elements, sensors and actuators are assigned to the process, they form the base of observation, visualization, diagnosis of the process and the actuators possess the task of intervening into the process in order to achieve the desired result.
