    The use of fuzzy logic in process control preparation of bakery products

    The possibility of automating the process of regulating the operation of the tunnel type oven in the bread line at the software and technical complex of the automatic regulation system of the furnace department is considered. The work also developed the technical structure of the computer-integrated system of control of the line of preparation of bakery products. A fuzzy system of logical conclusion for the process of baking bread has been developed.
