The driving forces for adaptation of the latest information technologies and digital tools for competitive positioning of transport companies are identified. Study of consumer preferences based on simulation the attractiveness of transport services in the field of rail transport led to the conclusion that the development of digital technologies will remain a key factor influencing consumer’s choice. A model of multidimensional analysis of transport service attractiveness based on analysis of structure of consumers and the degree of satisfaction with the quality of such service by certain consumer groups was developed.
