Документ Trends and expected benefits of the breaking edge food technologies in 2021–2030(2021) Ivanov, Volodymyr M.; Shevchenko, Oleksandr; Marynin, Andriy; Stabnikov, Victor; Stabnikova, Elena; Gubenia, Oleksii; Shevchenko, Anastasiia; Gavva, Oleksandr M.; Salyuk, AnatolyThe review considered the major trends in the world development of new food processing technologies in 2021–2030: more strict regulations of food safety including QPCR and DNA-sequencing detection of emerging food-borne pathogens, comprehensive control of minor chemical pollutants of food; production of functional food including food for babies, children, pregnant women, elderly, for sport activities, military food, meals ready-to-eat, microelements-enriched food, nutraceuticals, and clinical food; emerging environmentally-friendly and energy-saving food processing; biotechnological food processing using enzymes proteinases, glutamine transferases, galactosidases, enzymes, microbial metabolites, and new sources of food such as insects and artificial meat; personalization of food processing and distribution including adaptation of the food processing to the nutritional needs of different customer groups.Документ The Reaserch of Dry Chicken Manure Methanogenesis Stability(2019) Shapovalov, Yevhenii; Salyuk, Anatoly; Kotynskyy, Andriy; Tarasenko, RomanThe studies were conducted in batch mode in thirteen repetitions at humidity of 78, 80, 82 and 84%. The coefficient of variation of methane production varied from 14.84% to 35.17% in a mesophilic mode and from 14.4% to 78.21% in a thermophilic mode, which means high instability of the process. The moisture content had a much greater effect on the stability of the process in thermophilic conditions than in mesophilic ones.Документ Ontology-Based Systemizing of the Science Information Devoted to Waste Utilizing by Methanogenesis(2018) Shapovalov, Yevhenii; Shapovalov, Viktor; Stryzhak, O.; Salyuk, AnatolyOver the past decades, amount of scientific information has been growing exponentially. It became more complicated to process and systemize this amount of data. The approach to systematization of scientific information on the production of biogas based on the ontological IT platform “T.O.D.O.S.” has been developed. It has been proposed to select semantic characteristics of each work for their further introduction into the IT platform “T.O.D.O.S.”. An ontological graph with a ranking function for previous scientific research and for a system of selection of microorganisms has been worked out. These systems provide high performance of information management of scientific information. Thermophilic methane fermentation of chicken manure in a wide range of substrate moisture contents(2015) Salyuk, Anatoly; Zhadan, Sergiy; Shapovalov, YevheniiOne of the effective ways of environmental management in poultry waste that allows the increase of energysaving and reduction of negative environmental impact is methane fermentation. Methane fermentation process is possible in three temperature modes: psychrophilic, mesophilic and thermophilic. Methane fermentation of chicken manure in thermophilic mode is less studied in comparison with mesophilic mode. The article presents the results of the study of methane fermentation of these wastes. The process was carried out in thermophilic conditions at 50 °C. Substrate moisture values varied from 72% to 99%. Biogas production ranged from 10,6 ml / g VS to 382,3 ml / g VS, methane production – from 1,8 ml / g VS to 207,9 ml / g VS. The maximum yield of biogas and methane per unit of mass was reached with the substrate moisture content of 92%. Production of methane from chicken manure in the thermophilic mode with low moisture level of the substrate was also possible despite the high content of ammonia nitrogen and free ammonia. However, with a decrease of the substrate moisture content lower than 80% efficiency of methane fermentation was at the same level and very low/
