Abstract

The polyurethane compositeswere modifiedbypolyvinylpyrrolidonein order to develop adepot form for anti-narcotic medication Antaxone. The sorption properties of polyurethane composites with differentpolyvinylpyrrolidonecontent were examined. By using IR spectroscopy, the interactions between polyurethane matrix, polyvinylpyrrolidone and Antaxonewere studied. The finding of the study may be used in developing theoretical and practical approaches to development of polymeric depot forms of narcotic drug antagonist.
