Перспективи розвитку харчових концентратів в Україні

Abstract

У статті висвітлено стан розвитку харчоконцентратної галузі України на сьогоднішній день. Особливу увагу приділено першим і другим обіднім стравам, мюслям, сухим сніданкам, отриманих методом екструзії. Показані основні напрями розвитку харчоконцентратної галузі.The article presents the current of the Ukrainian food concentrate production nowadays. The special attention has been given to the preparation of the first and second dinner meals, mussels, dried breakfasts, produced by means of extrusion. The main streamlines of the prospective development of the food concentrates industry are shown.
