Improvement of food safety control system in Ukraine

Abstract

In Ukraine, September 20, 2015 came into force Law of Ukraine of 07.22.2014 p. Number 1602-VII «On basic principles and requirements for safety and quality of food». The aim of developing the bill and the adoption of the Law № 1602 Ukraine was the harmonization of legislation with EU legislation in the field of food safety, ensure a high level of protection of human health and consumer interests and create transparent conditions for economic activities.
