Кваліметрична оцінка якості цукрів

Abstract

В статті наведено кваліметричну оцінку якості цукру (сахарози), глюкози, фруктози. Побудовано ієрархічне дерево якості згідно принципів кваліметрії. Розраховано комплексний показник якості (К цукор=0,547, Кглюкоза=0,336, Кфруктоза=0,808).The authors studied the main qualities of sugar (saccharose), glucose and fructose. The diagrams of qualities are made according to the principles of qualimetry. The composite index of the above-mentioned principles of qualimetry is calculated (Ksugar=0,547, Kglucose=0,336, K fructose=0,808).
