Abstract

Розглянуто сутність фінансових інструментів, обґрунтовано історію їх розвитку, визначено роль у розвитку біржового ринку. На законодавчому рівні фінансові інструменти розглядалися переважно як фінансові активи та різноманітні фінансові документи, що обертаються на ринку і мають грошову вартість. Використання на вітчизняному фінансовому ринку значної за кількістю групи фінансових інструментів емітентами та інвесторами свідчить про їх важливу роль у розвитку економіки країни, особливо, що стосується формування ринків капіталу та їх входження у міжнародний фінансовий ринокThe essence of financial instruments is considered, the history of their development is substantiated, and the role in the development of the exchange market is determined. At the legislative level, financial instruments are considered primarily as financial assets and various financial documents that are traded on the market and have monetary value. The use of a large number of financial instruments by issuers and investors in the domestic financial market indicates their important role in the development of the country’s economy, especially with regard to the formation of capital markets and their entry into the international financial market
