Методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств

Abstract

В статті розглянуто роль ресурсного потенціалу в забезпеченні ефективної діяльності підприємства та сталого розвитку. Зазначено, що ресурси підприємства, котрі володіють унікальними характеристиками, є основою для досягнення стійкої конкурентної переваги. Розглянуто підходи науковців до оцінювання ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу і запропоновано авторське бачення цього процесу. Описано поетапний процес оцінки, починаючи від складання плану аналізу і закінчуючи оптимізацією структури ресурсного потенціалу. The article considers the role of resource potential in ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise and sustainable development. It is noted that the resources of the enterprise, which have unique characteristics, are the basis for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. The approaches of scientists to assessing the effectiveness of the use of resource potential are considered and the author's vision of this process is proposed. The step-by-step assessment process is described, starting from drawing up an analysis plan and ending with the optimization of the structure of resource potential.
