Development of an intelligent system to support the activities of the logistics center of LLC "SANMAX CARGO" using machine learning methods

Abstract

An intelligent system is a combination of data storage, machine learning algorithms, and application services that collect, process, analyze, and visualize information to support decision-making. Unlike traditional IS, it not only reflects the current state, but also predicts future values of indicators, explains influencing factors, and initiates notifications in case of deviations. For a logistics center, this means fewer delays, better choice of carriers, and transparent flight economics. Інтелектуальна система – це поєднання сховища даних, алгоритмів машинного навчання та прикладних сервісів, які збирають, обробляють, аналізують та візуалізують інформацію для підтримки прийняття рішень. На відміну від традиційних ІС, вона не лише відображає поточний стан, а й прогнозує майбутні значення показників, пояснює фактори впливу та ініціює сповіщення у разі відхилень. Для логістичного центру це означає менше затримок, кращий вибір перевізників та прозору економіку перельотів.
